Do you offer delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders over $200 within 25 miles of 60143. All other orders will have a $35 delivery fee or free pick up in Itasca, IL.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since our meats take approximately 2 days to prepare and smoke, we only accept cancellations up to 48 hours before your event.
How is the food packaged?
We deliver the food in aluminum pans, for easy storage and reheating.
Is the food sliced and ready to eat?
We offer brisket whole, sliced, or we can slice it during delivery time. Our sandwiches come assembled and wrapped individually.
What type of meat do you used?
All our meats are USDA prime, never frozen for the best flavor and freshness guarantee.
Is the food delivered hot?
We plan our cooking and delivery times so that our meats are delivered fresh from the smoker. We use the delivery time as the resting period for the meat, this way your food is the perfect serving temperature when it arrives.
How should I reheat the food?
We recommend covering the aluminum tray with aluminum foil and heating up in your oven at 325F for 20-30 minutes.
What portion sized are recommended?
Our meats are delicious and addicting, so guests tend to eat more than usual. We usually recommend ordering 1lb of meat per adult. Worst case, you will have delicious leftovers for the next day.
What type of events do you cater?
We cater graduations, backyard parties, corporate events, weddings, birthdays and anywhere you’d like to serve quality, smoked meats.
What if I want a smaller order than you minimum?
We offer 3rd party delivery through DoorDash and GrubHub.
